FINANCE MANAGER
Softlogic Stockbrokers (Pvt) Ltd is a well-established equity investment house, specializing in equity brokering & research. Our key business includes brokerage services, corporate advisory, IPOs, PE placements and capital raising. Softlogic Stockbrokers is a subsidiary of Softlogic Holdings PLC which is specialized in Health Care, Financial Services, Retail as well as in Leisure & Automobiles.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Fully qualified member of CIMA, ACCA or CASL. Having a degree would be an added advantage.
- Minimum two years’ post qualified Management experience.
- Possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills & innovative problem-solving skills.
- Work with minimum supervision and ability to meet deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of Finance division and overall financial reporting of the Company.
- Oversee the overall Cash Management and working capital of the Company.
- Liaison with internal audit and external auditors.
- Liaison with regulatory authorities; CSE, SEC, IRD etc.
- Reporting to Company Board and adhere with other Group reporting requirement.
