Tendering Executive
The Tendering Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for renewable energy projects, including solar, wind and other renewable energy solutions. The role involves reviewing tender requirements, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals, and ensuring the accurate and timely submission of tender documents in accordance with client requirements and deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the entire tendering process, from identifying tender opportunities to final submission.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), drawings and contractual requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial tender proposals in coordination with relevant departments.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance and project teams to gather the required information.
- Prepare cost estimates, pricing schedules and tender documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tender conditions, submission requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain an up-to-date tender database and provide regular progress updates.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in tendering, preferably within the construction, engineering or renewable energy sector.
- Sound knowledge of tender preparation, BOQ analysis, cost estimation and contract documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
