CHEF DE PARTIE
We are looking for a passionate individual who thrives on providing exceptional service to join our team at Ishq Digana.
This role involves taking ownership of preparing dishes to ensure consistent quality and presentation. This also includes preparing high tea and catering to guest requests, while suggesting and upselling dishes. The role carries overall responsibility for the hot, cold, and bakery sections, ensuring proper mise en place, portion control, and timely preparation. It also involves developing and refining menus, maintaining food safety and kitchen standards, controlling food costs, minimizing waste, and managing food inventory and supplies. The role further involves leading and supervising kitchen staff, including training and scheduling, and working closely with the front-of-house team to ensure excellent guest experience.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry, preferably in a villa setting. Creativity and passion for Culinary Arts. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety and hygiene standards. Attention to detail to maintain consistent food quality and presentation. Excellent leadership, communication and time management skills.
