SENIOR HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT
We are looking for a passionate individual who thrives on providing exceptional service to join our team at Ishq Digana in Kandy.
This role involves ensuring guest rooms are prepared and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, keeping public areas tidy and properly set up, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the property. Responsibilities include managing stocks of cleaning supplies, linen and uniforms, handling guest laundry, and overseeing laundry operations. The role also requires a deep knowledge of hotel amenities, working closely with and supporting other departments to meet guest needs, recommending and arranging suitable amenities, maintaining a well-groomed appearance, staying up-to-date with hotel policies on safety and hygiene, and performing duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanor.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a villa setting. The candidate should possess strong multi-tasking and communication skills, a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service, excellent attention to detail, the ability to anticipate guest needs, and the ability to communicate in spoken English
