Responsibilities
- Achieving maintenance targets as per the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Comply with the quality /food safety standards and all other legal requirements in terms of repair / maintenance of machinery & equipment.
- Supervising the maintenance team and direct them to complete repairs and maintenance related jobs in safe, cost effective and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Degree in Maintenance / Mechatronics Engineering or equal qualification from a recognized institute.
- Above 5 years of experience in the Food Industry, preferably in chicken processing plant.
- Leadership qualities, supervisory skills coupled with very good PR skills.
- Should be able to work long work hours as per the requirements.
