Our group of companies offers a wide range of products, including steel roofing, MDF boards, steel & aluminium builders' hardware, and various other construction-related items.
TRAINEE SHOWROOM MANAGERS GAMPOLA & KANDY
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in marketing/management or relevant qualification
- Experience in selling hardware items and accessories to the building industry will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
- Leadership skills to supervise and motivate showroom staff
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop sales strategies and increase showroom sales
- Manage inventory
- Provide excellent customer service
- Motivate and supervise showroom staff
