THE PROFILE
- Recover overdue payments through field visits and customer follow-ups.
- Negotiate repayment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Update collection records and prepare recovery reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve recovery-related matters.
- Ensure recovery activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
THE PERSON
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Recovery/Collections field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid motorcycle riding license.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- Having Passed or Sitting at G.C.E. (A/L) Examination in any Stream.
