Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
- Evaluate credit proposals and support sound credit decisions.
- Coordinate with approval authorities, operations teams, branches, and service departments for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintain portfolio quality and provide exceptional after-sales service.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
- Contribute to a high-quality customer experience and overall branch success.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Finance, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit, Marketing, Lending, Leasing, or a similar role within the banking or finance industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in using digital platforms and technology.
- A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
