FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage inventory and cost controls, develop and implement menus, maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, train and supervise staff, and collaborate with culinary teams to enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update the food and beverage menu to reflect customer preferences, seasonal ingredients, and current trends.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets for food and beverage operations, focusing on cost control, pricing strategies, and maximizing profitability.
  • Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure timely ordering and proper storage of food and beverage supplies.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to operational standards.
  • Monitor the quality of food and beverage offerings, ensuring they meet established standards for taste, presentation, and safety.
  • Address customer feedback and complaints effectively to enhance their dining experience and maintain satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and training staff on proper hygiene practices.
  • Develop marketing strategies and promotions to attract customers, such as special events, discounts, or themed nights.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports on food and beverage performance, providing insights for management to make informed decisions.

Candidates should posses:

  • Minimum of 7 years in food and beverage with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a star class hotel.
  • Extensive experience in All Inclusive hotel environment.
  • Graduate of the Hotel School (SLITHM) or any other equivalent qualification.
  • Proven leadership abilities within the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and supplier relationships.
  • Excellent PR & outgoing personality.
