Executive - Technical / Technicians
Location - Kandy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification in Textile / Clothing Technology from a recognized university or professional institution.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in an apparel manufacturing environment
Responsibilities & Skills
- Provide technical support across product development, pattern making, sewing techniques, equipment technology, and basic product costing
- Support technical development activities while ensuring compliance with customer specifications, product standards, and quality requirements
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams on technical clarifications, garment construction, specifications, and product improvements
- Identify technical and operational issues within the production process and support effective problem-solving and corrective actions
- Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure technical requirements are effectively communicated and implemented
- Demonstrate strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Possess good English communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Be a proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable team player with a positive attitude toward continuous improvement
Junior Executive - Production
Location - Kandy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in an apparel manufacturing environment
Responsibilities & Skills
- Monitor and achieve key production targets, including output, efficiency, quality, material consumption, and on-time delivery in line with customer and company standards
- Ensure daily and monthly production targets are achieved while maintaining required quality standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, supervisors, quality teams, and machine operators to ensure smooth production operations
- Support pre-production and pilot appraisal activities and communicate product specifications and quality requirements to relevant teams
- Monitor production efficiency and identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational performance
- Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve First Time Right (FTR) performance
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Be a proactive, flexible, and results-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities
