Fire Safety Officer
Suwasevana Hospital is a pioneer in the private healthcare sector in the Central Province, equipped with the latest technology and operating under the umbrella of a leading conglomerate that includes APIIT, Commercial Credit, Ceymed & Ceyline.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team in the following position:
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect the hospital for fire hazards and safety risks.
- Maintain fire-safety equipment and systems.
- Ensure emergency and evacuation procedures are in place.
- Conduct fire-safety training and regular fire drills.
- Maintain fire-safety records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent, preferably with a technical or science background.
- A recognized certificate or diploma in fire safety, fire prevention, firefighting, or occupational health and safety.
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in fire safety, fire prevention, emergency response, or building safety.
- Knowledge of fire detection and alarm systems, fire extinguishers, hydrants, sprinkler systems, emergency evacuation procedures, and fire risk assessments.
- Ability to conduct fire drills and staff training, maintain safety records, prepare reports, and coordinate emergency responses.
