EXECUTIVE - INBOUND & OUTBOUND TOURS
Regency Travel House (Pvt) Ltd – Kandy is looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive - Inbound & Outbound Tours.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in inbound and/or outbound tour operations will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of tour planning, hotel reservations, transportation, excursions, and travel arrangements.
- Ability to prepare and coordinate tailor-made tour packages according to client requirements.
- Knowledge of international destinations, travel products, and tourism services.
- Good communication and negotiation skills when dealing with clients, hotels, suppliers, and overseas agents.
- Strong computer literacy and good command of English.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Energetic, target-oriented, well-organized, and committed to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
