MEP DRAFTSPERSON
Position: Full-Time | Immediate Joining
We are looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Draftsman / Draftsperson to join our multidisciplinary engineering design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and coordinated MEP drawings for building and infrastructure development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed MEP drawings using AutoCAD in accordance with engineers' design requirements.
- Develop coordinated layouts, sections, details, schematics and construction drawings.
- Interpret engineering designs, specifications and technical information to prepare accurate drawings.
- Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural, structural and landscape drawings.
- Maintain proper drawing standards, documentation and revision records.
Qualifications & Experience
- NCT or equivalent technical qualification in a relevant engineering discipline, or NVQ Level 4 or above in Engineering Draughtsmanship / Drafting Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an engineering consultancy firm.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and experience in preparing MEP drawings for building and infrastructure projects.
- Ability to interpret engineering designs, specifications and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP and BIM coordination will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
