Key Responsibilities
- Develop plans and strategies to execute sales operations to meet Company Targets
- Responsible to drive the team to achieve assigned Areas target whilst maintaining excellent relationship with including all stakeholders.
- A strong staff management responsibility to enhance sales performance while motivating and leading the team.
- Training, and mentoring Field Sales Team, ensuring high performance through coaching, performance tracking, and corrective action.
- Analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activities, and identifying new opportunities to expand market share
Personal Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management/ Business Management/ Fully Qualified with in SLIM or CIM qualification will be preferred
- More than 5 years of proven experience in the Area Sales Manager
- Self-driven, result oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality business ethics.
- Possess strong leadership & managerial skills to train, develop and manage dynamic sales force.
- Good communication (Fluent in English is must) & Interpersonal skills
- Age below 45 years.
