Job Description
The Wind Castle Hotel a subsidiary of IWS Holdings (Private) Limited is a 9-room luxury boutique hotel situated in Shanthipura, Nuwara-Eliya IS looking for service-oriented individual with a passion to grow to join our team of hospitality professionals to full fill the vacancy of Trainee Kitchen Helper.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a star class hotel in a similar capacity.
- Basic culinary qualification will be advantages.
- Age below 25 Years.
- Good communication in English and Sinhala.
- Familiar with stock keeping.
- Knowledge in basic food hygiene.
- Ability to be flexible and easily adaptable in the workplace.
- Male candidates living in Nuwara Eliya preferred for the above position.
