VACANCIES:
We are seeking experienced, and results-oriented individuals for the following positions;
Maintenance Executive
You are with:
- Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in hotel maintenance or a similar hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, refrigeration, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues & coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs when required.
General Technician
You are with:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance.
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a similar technical environment will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, carpentry, & general repair work.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to attend to maintenance issues promptly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, with good teamwork and communication skills.
