Resort Development & Operations Lead
CQ Relax – A New Subsidiary of CQA Group
Nuwara Eliya / Ella / Central Province, Sri Lanka
THE OPPORTUNITY
CQ Relax, the new tourism and hospitality venture of CQA Group, is seeking a motivated professional to support the development of a new resort project in Nuwara Eliya / Ella / Central Province from concept to operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct feasibility studies and market research
- Identify and assess potential land / resort opportunities
- Support concept development and commercial analysis
- Assist and coordinate during construction and development
- Liaise with consultants, contractors and stakeholders
- Support pre-opening setup and resort operations
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Native to, or currently based in, Nuwara Eliya / Ella / Central Province
- Background in Business Management
- Able to speak English and Sinhala
- Able to work independently and on site
