The Bellwood Manor, an exclusive eight-room luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Nuwara Eliya, is seeking a dedicated, well-presented and service-oriented individual to join our Food & Beverage team.
We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their profession, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and shares our commitment to delivering refined, personalised hospitality.
Professional Qualifications & Skills
- A professional certificate or diploma in Bartending, Food & Beverage Service or Hospitality from SLITHM or another recognised institution would be an added advantage.
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in a relevant hospitality discipline would be advantageous.
- Sound basic knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits and beverage preparation.
- Barista skills, including coffee preparation and presentation, would be highly regarded.
- Understanding of bar operations, hygiene and professional service standards.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent personal grooming, a professional demeanour and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and a genuine passion for exceptional guest service.
