ENGINEERING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance and engineering operations of the resort.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and other engineering systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues and breakdowns.
- Monitor and maintain resort utilities, including electricity, water, and other essential services.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and engineering standards.
- Monitor the proper use and maintenance of engineering equipment and tools.
- Assist in planning maintenance schedules and monitoring related costs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure uninterrupted resort operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general building maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate contractors and maintenance teams effectively.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
