Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement site health and safety policies and procedures.
- Lead safety inspections, audits, and risk assessment activities.
- Investigate incidents and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory safety requirements and company HSE standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction or industrial health and safety management.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, risk management, incident investigation, and permit-to-work systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
