BATCHING PLANT OFFICER INCHARGE:
Location: Project based – Palugaman, Batticaloa
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the operations of concrete batching plant safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate batching and mixing of concrete according to approved mix designs.
- Monitor production quantities, material usage, and plant performance.
- Coordinate with the Site/Project Engineer and construction teams to meet daily production requirements.
- Carry out routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of the batching plant with coordinating plant operators.
- Maintain proper records of production, material consumption, and plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel for timely servicing and repairs.
- Maintain good housekeeping and safe working conditions around the plant.
Requirements
- At least 3 years previous experience in concrete batching plant operations.
- Batching plant operational skill certificate will be an added qualification.
- Knowledge of batching plant controls, concrete production, and basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work responsibly under pressure and meet production schedules.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
- Candidates with relevant technical qualifications and practical experience are encouraged to apply.
