Join our Team as a Production Executive (Trincomalee)
Location - Thambalagamuwa, Trincomalee, Sri Lanka
Job Role
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets on output, quality and efficiency are met
- Plan and monitor production schedules in line with factory capacity
- Coordinate with cross functional teams including quality, planning and maintenance
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks in real time
- Monitor machine and manpower utilisation
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards
- Prepare production reports and share performance updates with management
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an Executive level position within manufacturing or garment industry
- Hands on experience in factory operations essential
- A relevant degree required
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage a production floor
- Good communication skills in English, with fluency in Sinhala and Tamil an added advantage
- Willingness to work based in Trincomalee in a factory environment
