Join our Team as a Quality Executive (Trincomalee)
Location - Thambalagamuwa, Trincomalee, Sri Lanka
Job Role
- Implement and monitor quality control systems across the production line
- Conduct inline, final and pre final inspections to ensure product meets required standards
- Identify root causes of quality issues and drive corrective actions
- Liaise with production and merchandising teams to resolve quality concerns
- Maintain quality documentation and audit records
- Support buyer and customer quality audits as required
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the factory floor
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an Executive level position within manufacturing or garment industry
- Sound knowledge of factory operations and quality systems
- A relevant degree or professional qualification required
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Good communication skills in English, with fluency in Sinhala and Tamil an added advantage
- Willingness to work based in Trincomalee in a factory environment
