We are a well-established FMCG manufacturing company seeking a competent, experienced and highly motivated accounting professional to lead and manage the Accounts Department
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING)
Location: Anuradhapura
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Manage and supervise the overall operations of the Accounts Department
- 2. Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial accounting functions.
- 3. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- 4. Ensure proper accounting for inventory, production costs, fixed assets and other financial transactions.
- 5. Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, banks and other relevant institutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1. Full or part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- 2. A degree in Accounting or Finance will be an added advantage.
- 3. Minimum 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing organisation.
- 4. Previous experience in supervising or managing an Accounts Department will be a distinct advantage.
- 5. Experience in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel is essential.

ACCOUNTANT (RECEIVABLES MANAGEMENT)
Location: Colombo - Mount Lavinia
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Manage the overall accounts receivable function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding customer balances.
- 2. Monitor distributor and customer credit limits, outstanding balances and ageing reports.
- 3. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
- 4. Manager Bank Guarantees and renew on time
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1. Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- 2. A degree in Accounting or Finance will be an added advantage.
- 3. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing organisation.
