ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Jaindi Exports (Pvt) Ltd is a well reputed large scale coconut based food and beverage products manufacturer & exporter under the brand name econutrena. Primarily based in Sri Lanka, the company offers an expanding & diversified product portfolio ranging from coconut based products to a range of organic spices, fruits, Ayurvedic and beverage products to the global market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update customer receipts and credit notes accurately in the ERP system.
- Allocate receipts and credit notes against the relevant customer invoices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- Prepare receivable ageing, collection, and customer balance reports.
- Reconcile customer accounts with the general ledger.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Invoicing teams to resolve customer account discrepancies.
- Support month-end closing and audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree or part qualification in Accounting/Finance (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of sales accounting, costing, inventory management, financial reporting, and management accounts preparation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Prior experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry will be a definite advantage.
