We invite an enthusiastic professional in marketing to join Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC as the Brand Executive located in Colombo.
The Role
- The Brand Executive will actively support the development and execution of strategies and plans to shape how customers perceive, experience, and engage with premium porcelain tableware and giftware. Operating in a highly dynamic market that spans retail consumers, the corporate sector, the hospitality sector and global export markets, this professional ensures that the brand's aesthetic standards, product quality, and messaging remain consistent across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deploy targeted marketing initiatives for key retail periods to boost local and international sales.
- Develop up-to-date promotional material, product catalogues, and digital assets across all channels.
- Collaborate with product designers, artisans, and manufacturing teams to ensure products align with consumer trends and brand identity.
- Monitor changing lifestyles, home decor shifts, and culinary trends to forecast customer preferences in tableware shapes and patterns.
- Ensure that all packaging, social media content, point-of-sale displays, and advertising strictly adhere to brand guidelines.
- Track customer engagement, brand awareness, and campaign ROI and report on overall growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field.
- Professional qualifications in Marketing or Brand Management will be an advantage.
- 3 years of experience in Branding in the fashion, home decor, lifestyle or porcelain tableware industry.
- Visual & aesthetic acumen.
- Skill at creative writing in English, proficiency in AI, sound communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical thought process and ability to manage projects efficiently.
