If you have just completed your Advance Level examination or an Undergraduate in HR, here is your opportunity to join MAS Legato, the Shared Services arm of MAS Holdings, and play a pivotal role in driving transformation within a future-ready organization. If a challenge drives you, we have the opportunity in our Workforce Management team as an Intern based at Kuliyapitiya and Mawathagama (both locations) for a 3 month Internship.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Interns to support a range of employee lifecycle management activities. The role will provide exposure to key HR operations, focusing on staff and team member onboarding, EPF/ETF registrations and personal file maintenance. Ideal candidates should be proficient in both English and Sinhala, possess strong computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment.
