Senior Manager – Quality Audit
Location: Kuliyapitiya
Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for Quality Audit activities within the premises.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits in production and storage areas.
- Ensure products meet required quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and maintain hygiene, food safety and quality systems.
- Identify quality issues and ensure necessary corrective actions are implemented.
- Handle customer complaints and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Technical and other departments to address quality-related matters.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all quality-related activities.
- Train and guide staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Attend to all quality-related matters promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related field from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar capacity within a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems.
- Good knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates residing in or close proximity to Kuliyapitiya are preferred.
