PROJECT MANAGER/ FINANCE MANAGER
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
We are a diversified Group of Companies operating across multiple sectors. We are seeking a highly qualified, dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Accountant to handle our day-to-day financial operations and reporting.
PROJECT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage construction projects from start to finish (scope, time, cost, quality).
- Monitor progress, budgets, resources, and schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Control risks, delays, and cost overruns.
- Ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Prepare progress and management reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction projects.
- Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and project controls.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage.
FINANCE MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage financial and commercial activities of projects.
- Monitor cash flow, income, expenditure, and profitability.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Handle invoicing, payments, receivables, and payables.
- Control project costs and support cost reduction.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction projects.
- Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and project controls.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage.
