FD & SAVINGS OFFICER

We invite applications from dynamic, results-oriented, and customer-focused candidates for the position of Fixed Deposit (FD) Savings Officer to promote deposit mobilisation, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the Bank's savings and fixed deposit portfolio.

Who We're Looking For
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Target oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level examination
- Relevant professional or academic qualifications will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, banking, or a related field preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Fixed Deposit (FD) and savings products
- Acquire new customers and manage existing portfolio
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of documentation while ensuring timely processing of payments
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Achieve assigned monthly targets in line with company goals
