FD & SAVINGS OFFICER

Who We're Looking For

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
  • Target oriented with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level examination
  • Relevant professional or academic qualifications will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, banking, or a related field preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Fixed Deposit (FD) and savings products
  • Acquire new customers and manage existing portfolio
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of documentation while ensuring timely processing of payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
  • Achieve assigned monthly targets in line with company goals
