Key Responsibilities
- Support retail sales and business growth initiatives
- Identify new market and retail opportunities
- Assist in developing and improving new products
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Support product launches and promotional activities
- Analyse sales and customer feedback
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production and R&D teams
- Prepare basic reports and presentations
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with an interest in product development
- Basic understanding of retail, FMCG or consumer goods will be an advantage
- Willingness to learn and grow in a commercial environment
