JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER (DIGITAL)
Ino Printech (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our Digital Printing team. The role will involve creating and preparing creative designs for customers, social media, promotional materials, business cards, invitations, flyers, brochures, and other digital printing requirements.

Key Requirements
- Diploma/Degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator,Photoshop,Indesign and Coral draw.
- Understanding of printing processes and artwork preparation is an advantage
- Good sense of layout, typography, colour, and visual composition
- Ability to understand and work according to customer requirements
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced digital printing environment
- Candidates residing in Kurunegala and surrounding areas are preferred
- Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
- Create creative designs according to customer requirements and specifications
- Design artwork for business cards, flyers, brochures, invitations, labels, banners, social media creatives, and other digital printing products
- Prepare and check artwork according to printing specifications and production requirements
- Communicate with the customer service/production team to ensure designs are completed accurately and on time
- Handle multiple design requests while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Support the team with creative ideas and new design concepts for customer requirements
