We Are Hiring
Sathuta Builders (Pvt) Ltd, a leading construction company, is seeking a qualified and experienced Planning Engineers and Planning Managers to join our team.
PLANNING ENGINEER
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity, or 5 years’ overall experience, including building construction site experience.
- Good working knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
- Additional academic or professional qualifications in Project Management will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, monitor, and update construction programmes and schedules.
- Plan and coordinate construction activities in line with project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain planning-related documentation and support the Project Management team in achieving timely project completion.
PLANNING MANAGER
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, or 12 years’ overall experience, including building construction site experience.
- Good working knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
- Experience in contractual/project documentation, with additional qualifications in Project Management being an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project sites and relevant departments to support effective project delivery.
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating construction activities.
- Prepare and maintain planning, contractual, and project-related documentation.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with project teams to support timely execution.
