Job Role
- Will be responsible for the timely collection of current debts and also the overdue as directed by the management.
- Maintain a quality portfolio of debtors both in numbers and value as per the company policy.
- Will be required to maintain a cordial and close relationship with the network of the clients.
- Should have thorough knowledge in recovery actions including basic concepts of legal aspects.
- Should have high skills of interpersonal relationships and be able to work with the team towards a common objective of the company.
- Should be fully committed, dedicated and result oriented and be prepared to achieve the targets set by the company.
Qualifications
- Should have passed GCE A/L preferably in commerce stream and at least 5 years previous experience in similar capacity.
- Good communication Skill. Tamil speaking will be an added qualification.
- Computer literacy (Specially in MS Office) and ability handle all correspondence independently.
- Fair knowledge in assessing/evaluating clients for grant of credit facilities and also high level of negotiation skills to finalize recovery deals.
- Should be prepared to travel and visits clients. Should possess a valid riding license.
Residents in Puttalam District are preferred.
