Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Call Center Agent (Mandatory)
- Should have excellent communication skill
- Previous experience similar position is an added advantage Should have passed GCE Advance level
- Strong Internet Connection
- Must have a personal laptop and a smartphone (Sim card Provided by Company)
- Should have Basic IT Knowledge
