ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Rayin food (Pvt) Ltd is a leading Company in FMCG industry since 2009 in Kurunegala. It has a long history of reliability, quality, and customer service excellence. Invites applications for accountants executive's position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Preparing and issuing customer tax invoices.
- Recording financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Monitoring customer balances and following up on collections.
- Processing supplier payments and maintaining supplier accounts.
- Preparing with bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
- Preparing schedules and supporting reports.
- Maintaining accounting records and documentation.
- Assisting with audit and tax documentation.
- Preparing with reconciliations and reporting.
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Part or Fully qualified in ICASL or fully qualified in AAT/CIMA/ACCA (Higher Diploma in Accounting).
- A minimum of two Years' work experience.
- Experience in the AP/AR and GL entries and related bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Experience in handling tax matters (VAT/SS-CL/CIT/APIT).
- Good Computer literacy and previous experience in Quick book accounting Software.
- Good Verbal and writing communication skill.
- Ability to work with a team and meet set goals.
- Below 30 Years Age.
