ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER – PROJECTS (Western / North Western Provinces)
Sathuta Builders (Pvt) Ltd, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Assistant General Manager – Projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in construction, including at least 10 years as a Project Manager or in senior management.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale building construction projects from commencement to completion as a Contractor’s team member.
- Experience managing multiple projects, with strong knowledge of project management, contracts, procurement, cost control, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring compliance with time, cost, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers and project teams.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Support contract administration, tendering, procurement, and commercial matters.
- Assist senior management in strategic planning and improving construction operations.
