K. D. A. Weerasinghe & Co. (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading and expanding Construction Company with CIDA Grade CS2 and compliance certification for QMS, EMS & OHSMS, has the following vacancy in our Company.
POST OF PROJECT MANAGER
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Chartered Membership of the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL).
- A postgraduate qualification (M.Sc./M.Eng. or MBA) is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of total experience, including at least 10 years in road construction projects.
- At least 5 years in a senior management role such as Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, or Resident Engineer on highway, expressway, or major road projects.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising large-scale projects, including coordinating a large workforce.
- Previous experience with expressway or high-value projects is an advantage.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Sound knowledge of contract administration
- Strong planning, cost-control and decision-making skills.
