TECHNICAL MANAGER / ASSISTANT TECHNICAL MANAGER

Key Requirements
- Manage and coordinate technical operations to achieve production and quality requirements.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to customer specifications and approved standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, merchandising and other relevant departments.
- Identify technical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Monitor production processes and improve efficiency and product quality.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree or relevant professional qualification in Apparel, Textile, Production, Quality Management or a related field.
- Required minimum 3 experience in the apparel manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of apparel production processes and quality standards.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
