PROJECT MANAGER (Full-Time Basis)
Three Sinha Industries (Pvt) Ltd, a premier corporate establishment and industry leader in Sri Lanka, is currently executing the prestigious Construction of Proposed Station Building at Maho Junction project for Sri Lanka Railways. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Professional Qualification: Chartered Civil Engineer.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of post-graduation experience, including proven experience in Roads & Bridges construction and structural building projects.
ROLE PROFILE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PROJECT LEADERSHIP & SITE GOVERNANCE
- Overall project management, execution, and quality management for the Civil Construction Project.
- Ensure all site works strictly adhere to approved shop drawings, technical specifications, BOQ, and contract agreements.
- Manage risk identification, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols across all project phases.
CLIENT, AUTHORITY & STAKEHOLDER COORDINATION
- Act as the primary liaison between Client, consultants, sub-contractors, and Head Office.
- Manage approvals, high-level technical negotiations, payment certificates, and official project correspondence.
- Oversee final testing, commissioning, and handing-over procedures to the client.
PLANNING, BUDGETING & PROGRESS MONITORING
- Review and approve project baseline schedules, material procurement plans, and resource allocation.
- Track overall physical and financial progress, identify critical path risks or delays, and implement corrective measures.
- Coordinate with site offices and management to present progress reports to management and client representatives.
