ASSISTANT STORES KEEPER / STORE ASSISTANT
PUTTALAM SITE
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team and support our store operations at our Puttalam site.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience 2-3 Years’ experience in stores, preferably in a heavy machinery / spare parts environment, will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of heavy machine spare parts, stock control and store operations.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel & SRP Knowledge
- Good organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a workshop / spare parts store environment.
- Age between 25 – 45 years.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Store Keeper / Store In-Charge in daily store operations.
- Receive, inspect, arrange and issue spare parts and materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and store documentation.
- Assist with stock counts, stock reconciliation and monitoring stock levels.
- Ensure proper identification, storage and arrangement of spare parts.
- Assist with loading, unloading and handling of materials.
- Coordinate with the Workshop / Maintenance team regarding spare parts requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized and secure store.
- Perform other store-related duties assigned by the Store Keeper / Management.
