nBelle Group (Pvt) Ltd is a BOI registered venture located at Chilaw Road, Waikkala, Sri Lanka and engages in manufacture of polythene bags and etc... and exist the above vacancies to fill immediately from young dynamic candidates with suitable qualification and experience.

- We are a manufacturer of polythene bags and packaging materials. For the following position we need a person who is self-motivated, dynamic and goal oriented. n
Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven experience of minimum 3 years' experience in a production supervisor or similar position. n
- Experience in work study and quality management related to the garment or polythene industry will be an advantage. n
- Knowledge in handling machinery and maintenance will be an advantage. n
- Ability to apply strategies to improve efficiency and motivate staff to achieve production targets. n
- Good team player with good communication skills. n
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Package & ERP System. n
- Age below 45 and should be a male. n
- Should be GCE (A/L) / Diploma. n
- Close to Negombo area. n
