FACTORY MANAGER (MALE)
Responsibilities
The Factory Manager will be key responsible for efficient and effective overall operation planning, leading with relevant departments to minimize performance gaps between planning and actual outcomes while maintaining standard quality and cost of the production and operational costs.
- You are expected to play a strong leadership role within the team.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a diploma or degree relating to the Food / Dairy Processing / Engineering.
- Possess 3 year + of hands-on work experience.
- Familiarity with dairy/ food processing plant, machineries and technologies
- Must be male candidate.
The right candidate will be compensated with a remuneration package depending on leadership Skills and proven records.
