Job Profile
We are looking for a results oriented and dynamic professional whose primary task is to drive the Three Wheeler Sales function of the company by managing Sales Force and island wide large network of Three Wheeler Dealerships to achieve set objectives profitably. In doing so the individual should provide leadership and direction via well formulated strategic plans to the assigned business line.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity with hands on experience in Automotive industry.
- Having a degree and / or full professional qualification from SLIM/CIM is preferred.
- Strategic thinker who should be well equipped with interpersonal, communicational and analytical skills.
- Proven track records in handling a dynamic salesforce and a network of dealerships.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multi tasks and to complete them on timely basis.
- Age below 45 years.
