Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, wealth management, or a similar role.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in Tamil and English is required. Sinhala will be an added advantage.
- Candidates residing in or willing to work in Jaffna are preferred.
