We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Executives with a strong foundation in finance and accounting and proven proficiency in managing day-to-day financial transactions.
The successful candidate should be able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, maintain a high level of accuracy, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Provide general administrative and finance-related support as required
- Support the administrative and finance functions of subsidiary companies
- Support monthly and annual financial closing processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies
- Coordinate and liaise with auditors, banks, suppliers, customers, and other relevant stakeholders
- Provide support for finance-related projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and/or full or part qualification in CMA, CIMA, ACCA, AAT, or an equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity (minimum 1 year audit experience)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and a basic understanding of tax regulations
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity
