CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI)
Consultancy: Feasibility Assessment of SOSCVSL Vocational Training Centers
SOS Children’s Villages Sri Lanka (SOSCVSL) invites qualified individual consultants and consultancy firms to conduct a feasibility, effectiveness, and financial sustainability assessment of its four Vocational Training Centers in Jaffna, Monaragala, Anuradhapura, and Malpotha.
The assessment will examine:
- labour-market relevance
- training quality
- graduate employment outcomes
- financial viability
- institutional capacity and inclusion
- development of strategic recommendations and an action plan for 2027–2030

Applicants must submit a technical EOI (maximum five pages), consultant/f irm profile, CVs, evidence of three relevant assignments, two professional references and a declaration of availability and conflicts of interest. Do not include financial information.
