Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the NGO/child development sector.
- Proven leadership and staff management experience.
- Good knowledge of child protection, safeguarding and child rights.
- Strong communication, coordination and report writing skills.
- Good command of English, Sinhala and/or Tamil.
- Computer literacy and ability to work with MS Office and reporting systems.
- Strong commitment to the safety, wellbeing and development of children.
- Diploma/Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, Education or related field.
- 2-3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the NGO/child development sector.
- Good coordination, communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding.
- Computer literacy and good reporting skills.
