Senior Executive – Management Reporting & Corporate Finance
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Executive – Management Reporting & Corporate Finance to prepare accurate and timely management reports and financial analysis. The role will support management decision-making by monitoring financial performance, preparing budgets and forecasts, and providing insights to improve profitability and business performance.
- Full-Time | Reporting to : General Manager Finance
Qualifications & Experience
- Fully or partly qualified in ACCA, CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in similar function.
- Experience in ERP systems and strong MS Excel skills will be added advantage.
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial plans, forecasts, and analysis to support business decisions.
- Support mergers and acquisitions, including financial analysis and deal evaluation.
- Prepare management reports, board presentations, and investor reports.
- Manage investor communications and respond to investor and analyst queries.
- Analyze funding requirements and recommend suitable financing options.
- Analyze costs and profitability and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and manage key financial risks, including currency and cash-flow risks.
- Work closely with business and operational teams to improve financial performance.
