nKey Responsibilities

- Design and implement vocational and skill development training programs. n
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and industry requirements. n
- Liaise with training institutions and resource persons to deliver high-quality training. n
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. n
- Facilitate job placements and internships for program participants. n
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. n
- Promote awareness of skill development initiatives through outreach and networking. n
Individual Profile
n- n
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field. n
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in skill development, training, or workforce development. n
- Strong project management and communication skills. n
- Knowledge of government skill development schemes is an advantage. n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. n
